Open seating · First come, first served. No assigned seats or exclusive tables. Guests may be seated at shared tables.
Conditions & guest policy
- Arrival & entry
- Arrive 15 minutes early and present your booking confirmation. Entry and dining are valid only for the booked slot.
- Seating
- Seating is first come, first served within your booked slot. No specific seat or exclusive table is reserved. Guests may share tables with other groups.
- Timing
- Dinner is limited to 45 minutes. Vacate by the stated exit time. Late arrival does not extend your slot; the interval is reserved for cleaning and resetting.
- Children
- Children above 3 years of age are billable. All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
- Guest cancellations
- Bookings are non-refundable for guest cancellations, late arrivals and no-shows.
- Cancellation or rescheduling by Nirantaram
- If we cancel your show or change its date or time, choose a full booking refund or transfer to another available slot. Updates will be sent to your booking contact details.
- Interrupted show
- If the show cannot be completed, we will communicate the refund or rescheduling arrangement based on the services already provided.
- Programme & menu
- Performers or the music programme may change without a refund if the booked experience proceeds. Unavailable menu items may be replaced with comparable alternatives.
- Outside items
- Outside food and beverages, and pets, are not permitted.
- Allergies
- Inform us of food allergies when booking. Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten and other allergens; an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
- Guest conduct
- Respect fellow guests and performers. Disruptive behaviour is not permitted. Obtain consent before photographing or filming other guests.
- Belongings
- Keep valuables with you and check your table before leaving.
